Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 2500 µg contains vitamin B12. Methylcobalamin is better absorbed compared to other forms of vitamin B12 ( e.g. cyanocobalamin ) . Methylcobalamin supports nerve tissue and brain cells , better sleep and reconstitutes ( via methylation ) homocysteine , an oxidative metabolite , back to the amino acid methionine.
