How to use:

For a full-body bath, pour half a kilogram of flakes (half the package) into a bathtub filled with very warm water at a temperature of about 38 degrees Celsius. Wait until the flakes have completely dissolved. Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes, without adding any cleansing products or other cosmetics. After the bath, rinse your body with running water. For a foot bath, use about 100-200 g of flakes dissolved in a bowl of warm water. You can use a foot massager to stimulate the receptors and enhance the effect of the magnesium flakes. For best results, take baths regularly, 2-3 times a week.
