Polisept Vet Spray Silver Home is an isotonic antiseptic liquid designed for daily wound care in dogs and cats at home. The formula with PHMB and silver nanocolloids provides broad-spectrum antibacterial activity – effective even against antibiotic-resistant strains. The spray gently cleans wounds of mechanical contaminants and bacterial biofilm, while reducing inflammation and alleviating pain.

The product is very well tolerated by animal tissues and can be used on wounds, mucous membranes and skin before medical procedures. The convenient spray bottle allows for precise and non-invasive application from a safe distance without touching the wound.

Active ingredients:

• PHMB – polyhexanide – an antiseptic with a broad spectrum of antibacterial and antifungal activity, has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, effective against antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
• Silver nanocolloids – microscopic silver particles that inhibit the growth of microorganisms, have anti-inflammatory properties, do not lose their effectiveness over time and do not irritate tissues.
• Betaine - a mild surfactant that effectively removes mechanical and biological contaminants, including bacterial biofilm.
• Purified water - sterile demineralised water as a carrier for active ingredients, ensuring the purity and safety of the preparation.

Intended use:

The spray is intended for daily wound hygiene, skin disinfection before procedures, washing infected wounds, abscesses, ulcers and first- and second-degree burns in dogs and cats. It is also used for non-invasive removal of dried dressings. If in doubt, consult your veterinary surgeon.

Directions for use:

Shake the container gently before use. Spray directly onto the wound or skin from a distance of 10–15 cm in an amount appropriate to the size of the wound. When removing dried dressings, soak thoroughly before gently separating them from the wound surface.
