NOW Foods Ultra A & D-3 is a dietary supplement combining 25,000 IU of Vitamin A (60% as beta-carotene, 40% from fish liver oil) with 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lanolin) in a single gelatin capsule. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, normal skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system. Ingredients

Contains fish (cod, saithe, haddock, Alaska pollock). Not manufactured using wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, crustaceans, tree nuts, or sesame.

Suggested use

Take 1 Capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a physician or pharmacist.
