Skoczylas Safflower Seed Oil is a versatile and highly regarded oil extracted by cold pressing from safflower seeds. It is characterised by a light golden colour and a subtle , neutral aroma that does not dominate dishes. It is most often chosen as a base for preparing homemade mayonnaise , but is equally excellent as a topping for sandwiches , oatmeal , dressings and salads.

Rich in linoleic acid ( omega-6 ) and vitamin E , it offers a natural alternative to refined oils. Unrefined and without artificial additives - straight from the Polish manufacturer.

Directions for use:

In the kitchen:

  1. Prepare homemade mayonnaise - mix with egg yolk , mustard and lemon.
  2. Use as a topping for avocado or cottage cheese sandwiches.
  3. Add to oatmeal for a velvety texture and nutritional value.
  4. Pour over cooked vegetables ( broccoli , carrots ) for flavour enhancement.
  5. Prepare a dressing with mustard and honey.
  6. Add to salads as a light fat addition.
